About Blossom Academy

Blossom Academy Zürich was created to provide professional, structured, and practical education for both beginners and experienced nail artists.

For us, it’s not enough to simply show students a sequence of steps. We teach them to understand the technique: why each stage is performed, how materials work, why mistakes occur, and how to adapt professional methods to different clients and working situations.

The Academy offers training in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, nail design, waxing, and sugaring. Our programs include foundational courses for beginners, advanced training, specialized programs, and one-day intensives for experienced professionals.

The goal of every course is to provide the knowledge and practical skills students need to confidently apply their expertise in real professional settings.

My professional journey in the nail industry began more than 20 years ago. Over the years, I have progressed from working with clients every day to teaching, developing my own educational programs, and building the Blossom Professional brand.

Throughout my career, I have completed more than 60 professional training courses and certifications, continuously expanding my expertise in manicure, pedicure, nail modeling and extensions, nail design, and other professional fields.

An important part of my professional development has been participating in nail championships and competitions. This experience teaches precision, discipline, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze every stage of the work. Today, I bring all of this hands-on experience into Blossom Academy. It is important to me that a technique works not only when a student is practicing alongside a trainer, but also later — when they are working independently with a real client.

Experience Behind Every Course

Professional development has never been about completing just one course or earning one certificate for me. The nail industry is constantly evolving, with new materials, technologies, techniques, and client expectations emerging all the time. That is why continuous education has become an essential part of my profession.

Throughout my years of practice, I have studied different manicure, pedicure, nail extension, and nail design systems, refined my own techniques, and tested them in real salon environments.

Today, this experience forms the foundation of Blossom Academy’s training programs: theory should be clear, techniques should be logical, and knowledge should be directly applicable to real professional work.

My Approach to Education

I don’t want students to leave a course knowing only how to repeat what they saw during the lesson.

My goal is to teach them to understand the process: why we choose a particular technique, why certain mistakes occur, how to work with different nail types and materials, when a technique needs to be adapted, and how to make the right professional decisions independently.

When a nail artist understands the logic behind the process, they are no longer dependent on a single template. They can analyse a situation, identify mistakes, correct them, and work with clients with greater confidence.

That’s why training at Blossom Academy combines clear explanations, detailed demonstrations, analysis, and extensive hands-on practice.

Small Groups. More Individual Attention.

At Blossom Academy, training takes place in small groups. This format allows us to dedicate more time to each student and closely monitor the quality of their practical work.

In professional techniques, details matter: hand positioning, pressure, tool angle, product application, nail architecture, movement speed, and many other factors. Not every mistake can be corrected through a general explanation to the entire group.

That’s why, during practical sessions, the trainer observes each student’s work, points out mistakes, explains their causes, and helps them correct their technique right away.

Depending on the chosen program and availability, individual training is also possible.
