TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS — BLOSSOM ACADEMY ZÜRICH

These Terms & Conditions apply to courses, training programs and educational services offered by Blossom Academy Zürich.

By making a reservation or payment through the website, the customer accepts the applicable Terms & Conditions.

COURSE BOOKING

Every training program must be created as an individual course/product.

1 course = 1 individual booking/product.

The customer books the exact selected course.

Each course page should clearly display:

• course name;
• duration;
• level;
• full price;
• reservation deposit;
• training date or By Agreement;
• availability.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

To reserve a place on a training course, the student pays a 20% reservation deposit.

The reservation is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

The deposit is credited toward the full course price.

Checkout must clearly display:

20% Reservation Deposit — Payable Now

Remaining Balance — 80%

FIXED-DATE COURSES

For courses with a fixed published date, the student selects the available course date before payment.

The booking applies to that specific course and date.

CANCELLATION

If a student cancels a fixed-date course less than 30 days before the scheduled course date, payments already made are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled course date, the applicable refund or rescheduling conditions may be processed according to Blossom Academy policy.

TRAINING DATE — BY AGREEMENT

Some courses may not have a fixed published date.

In this case the course card must show:

TRAINING DATE: BY AGREEMENT

The student reserves the exact course and pays the required 20% deposit.

Blossom Academy then contacts the student to arrange the training date individually.

Once a date has been mutually agreed, the booking is considered assigned to that date.

CANCELLATION

For courses where the date has been arranged individually, payments become non-refundable if the student cancels less than 72 hours before the agreed training date.

NO-SHOW

If a student does not attend the agreed training and does not cancel within the applicable cancellation period, payments already made are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

A request to change a training date must be communicated to Blossom Academy as early as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to:

• course availability;
• trainer availability;
• availability of models;
• organisational possibilities.

A new date must be confirmed by Blossom Academy.

Repeated or late rescheduling may be subject to additional conditions.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE BY BLOSSOM ACADEMY

Blossom Academy reserves the right to reschedule training where necessary due to circumstances such as:

• trainer illness;
• emergency;
• model cancellation;
• technical or organisational issues;
• force majeure;
• other circumstances outside reasonable control.

If Blossom Academy itself cannot provide the booked training and no suitable replacement date can be agreed, the customer will be offered an appropriate solution, including refund where applicable.

REMAINING 80%

The remaining 80% of the course price must be paid according to the payment conditions communicated by Blossom Academy for the selected course.

The website/admin system must allow the Academy to specify the applicable remaining-payment deadline.
